Flexibility
We understand that we work in a dynamic world and so can work with you to tailor a solution fit for your needs.
Hardware and Software Supply
IT Performance will quote for hardware and software as requested, either in an ad-hoc basis or as part of a Project Plan.
Normal Business Hours
Normal Business Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding any public holidays.
Helpdesk
24x7x365 email acceptance and normal business hours for phone support.
Standard Remote Support
Standard remote support can be done to any PC and server when appropriate and connectivity is available. Will be initiated as arranged by Helpdesk contact.
